Health-Care / eHealth Card
In the field of health care different groups need and generate data to one person. That is why the sectional access to data in the field of health care is indispensable because different occupational groups or institutions have to access these data. This happens on two ways:

• cards with offline-use: access data on the card for different usages (emergency, receipt etc.) without network link,
• cards in cooperation with network infrastructures in the field of health-care for allowing protected access to a huge databases (e.g. case record, patient’s record).

Citizen-Card
The demonstrative term “citizen card” stands in its most comprehensive meaning for the ability of a user to complete all his tasks. Here the requirement to the multifunction of the card is obvious.

• Cards in offline-use: applications with low safety requirements, e.g. club memberships.
• Cards in cooperation with network infrastructures with high safety requirements, e.g. identity proof, insurance proof, banking functions etc.
