Patents for Access Regulation

Patents are applied since 07/2006 (Tunis, European Timescale) for the Arab Leguage with following countries:

  • Tunisia, Irak, Kuwait, Libya, Oman, Saudi-Arabia, United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Patents are applied (by rule 51/4) since 03/2007 and the registration followed in 07/2007 for the EU states:

  • Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Finland, United Kingdom, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Austria, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovenia, Spain, Cyprus.

as well as for

  • Australia, India, Canada, Malaysia, Poland, Russia, Turkey.

More appliances are anticipated until end of 2010 for following countries:
